Turn the water tower into a dream home

A Rich Guy Bought A Water Tower From 1938. What Happened Next Is Ridiculously Awesome

A Belgian businessman bought this 100ft water tower and turned it into an amazing home.

It is located in the Belgian village of Steenokkerzeel and was built between 1938 and 1941.

There are still parts of the water tower visible and unique to the new home.

But for the most part, it has everything a normal home needs.

Patrick Metz, the man who bought this place hired the architecture firm, Bham Design Studio in 2007 to turn the water tower into his dream home.

And by the looks of it they did a pretty amazing job.

The house has an advanced Domotics System letting one control every aspect of the home.

The best part of this house may be the view when you get to the top. It's 360 degrees overlooking the town.
